DILLARD’S SALES AND PROFITS DROP IN Q4 2015

Dillard’s announced a 35.6% drop in fourth quarter profit. For the period ending January 30, revenue was $2.07 billion for the fourth quarter, down from $2.1 billion a year ago. NORDSTOM IS RANKED FAVORITE RETAILER IN RECENT SURVEY

A survey of over 5,700 consumers found that Nordstrom ranked first among retailers in customer satisfaction. It specifically ranked highest scores for atmosphere, checkout speed and finding the correct size/product the customer was looking for. NRF THINKS 2016 WILL BE A HAPPY NEW YEAR FOR RETAIL
