Founder and CEO
Founder, CEO, entrepreneur, inventor, and technology strategist. Chad launched Accelerated Analytics in 2003, focusing on capturing and analyzing the wealth of information and unique story contained within POS data. Through his leadership, the company has become the leading provider of retail point of sale reporting and analysis services. Chad is an accomplished speaker and author, and his work has been featured in numerous retail publications and at multiple retail industry events. He is a graduate of the University of Akron and lives in Bradenton, FL. When he’s not working you can find Chad training for his next marathon, traveling the US with his family in their RV, or practicing his considerable cooking skills.

Jeff joined Accelerated Analytics in May of 2015 as the first dedicated Project Manager. With more than 5 years of retail store management experience and nearly 5 years of Project Management experience, Jeff efficiently assists clients in both identifying their needs and ensuring each project is a success. Jeff is an alumnus of Illinois State University, where he double majored in Business Administration and Risk Management/Loss Prevention. When not busy at work, Jeff enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time on the golf course. Even though he currently resides in Central Florida, Jeff is an avid fan of all Chicago sports. Let's go Cubbies!!

With over 25+ years of retail and technical experience, Scott’s considerable knowledge and experience help Accelerated Analytics build a stronger product and continue to grow. Scott has spent the past 10+ years as part of the team that engineers the backend of Accelerated Analytics, and he takes great pride in coming up with new ideas to continually improve our product and contribute to the company’s growth. Prior to becoming a Software Engineer, Scott spent nine years on the retail side. He oversaw over 200 clients and managed every aspect of the business from sales to delivery. Scott is an alumnus of Kent State University where he studied computer programming and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Outside of Accelerated Analytics Scott enjoys spending time with his family.

Peter has spent over 20 years mastering the data landscape. Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Intelligence, and now leads as Chief Technology Officer, driving product strategy and cloud-native solutions. His current focus is on Microsoft Fabric, AI integration, and building scalable data platforms that deliver faster insights and exceptional customer experiences. Peter is passionate about emerging technology, constantly exploring how AI can transform both internal operations and the products his team delivers. He joined Accelerated in 2017, bidding a fond farewell to the UK. Though a Brit at heart, Peter has fully embraced the Florida lifestyle and has no intention of returning to that cold, wet island in the North Atlantic. When he's not immersed in code or the latest AI developments, you'll find him glued to the Formula 1 coverage, having rarely missed a race since the early 90's.

Shelly Hagan is an accomplished operations leader at Accelerated Analytics, where she has been driving strategic process improvements and fostering cross-team collaboration since 2019. With over 15 years of experience in retail management and data analysis and five years specializing in fraud investigation she brings deep expertise in operational efficiency and problem-solving. Shelly earned her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. Outside of work, she prioritizes health and wellness, enjoys staying active and catching up with her brother and sister, and loves spending time with her husband, Bryce, and their two daughters.

With almost 20 years of leadership experience, Ryan understands how to manage people, systems, and projects. Before joining Accelerated in December 2021, he worked in leadership roles in Florida public schools. Ryan graduated from Florida College with his Bachelor's degree and Western Kentucky University for his Master's degree, enjoys running and spending time with his wife Krystle, his four young children, and their family dog near Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Although technology has changed the way in which both humans and businesses communicate with each other, creativity, imagination and relationships will never be automated. What started out as a genuine passion from Daniel for brands and all things creative led to a successful career in forging meaningful 'value add' relationships between brands & businesses.
Daniel prides himself on his ability to humanize complex business situations and build meaningful relationships with the most important aspect of any business – people! Family, friends, music & memories are the key ingredients in the soundtrack to Daniel’s life.

Jack has spent the last 6+ years of his professional career with Accelerated, where he has honed his knowledge on Data Engineering with a focus on developing and designing end-user reports. He loves the problem-solving process that is intrinsic to writing the code to power reports. Having moved four times since 2020, he has settled on living in Central Florida not far from the university he went to, Florida Polytechnic. Outside of work, Jack enjoys going to the gym, running, playing tabletop games with friends, and spending time with family.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in psychology. He started his career as a sales analyst for BRIO Toy Corporation. After BRIO, Kevin spent almost twenty years as a retail sales reporting analyst. Kevin joined Accelerated Analytics as an Operations Analyst in 2017. His current role is Product Development Specialist. He lives in South Bend, IN with his wife Annie. Together they enjoy going to Notre Dame football and basketball games. He is now a grandfather who is called “Gramps”.

Krista worked alongside her husband, Chad, to launch the company back in 2003. With a degree in nursing and a background in pediatrics, it turns out that experience working in a high-paced doctor’s office providing medical services to young children and babies is a great training program for working at a high-growth analytics company! Both careers require a high level of attention to detail, great customer service and the ability to work on a variety of projects each day.
Chad and Krista have three children and an adorable golden retriever. When she is not in the office, Krista enjoys reading, spending time with her family, traveling, and cuddling with her dog, Sir Henry, who is the company’s Director of Happiness.

Nicolas joined Accelerated Analytics in 2021, contributing across both the Operations and Customer Services teams before moving into the Customer Success Team in 2026. He holds an MBA from Malone University in Ohio and brings a strong blend of analytical skill, service mindset, and relationship‑driven leadership to his work.
Based in Ohio, Nicolas lives with his wife, Megan, and their three children. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in his local soccer community, having coached at the university and high school levels, as well as volunteering at the grassroots level.
Nicolas values teamwork and focuses on building strong, supportive customer relationships.

Sir Henry is the company’s Director of Happiness. He takes his role very seriously and works hard to make his co-workers, clients and visitors feel loved and welcomed. He’s especially vigilant in making his daily rounds to the humans to ensure they have a happy day and checking if they need a play break! Henry took this important position in April of 2018.
Away from work, Sir Henry spends his time with his humans camping, swimming, going for long walks and sleeping.

Steve joined Accelerated Analytics in May 2017 while completing his degree in Computer Science. He previously spent two years as a graphic designer, creating programmatically generated personalized graphic products for an Akron, OH based marketing company. In between, he founded a non-profit cinema, and as a volunteer, he created websites and graphics for local arts organizations. Now Steve lives in Pittsburgh, PA, and enjoys frequenting the cinemas there.
